PEAK-CON Services began as an idea in 2016 when our founder Prince Kwame Appo identified major challenges in Ghana’s construction sector such as poor supervision, lack of transparency and mismanagement of funds particularly in projects funded by Ghanaians abroad. Determined to change this narrative he laid the foundation for a company built on integrity, accountability and engineering excellence.
In August 2022 PEAK-CON Services was officially registered as a design-build construction company in Accra, Ghana. From our first small projects we quickly earned a reputation for delivering affordable, well-supervised and durable construction solutions that clients could trust.
Today we have grown into a team of engineers, architects, supervisors and more than 65 skilled artisans delivering a wide range of projects from residential homes and apartments to commercial complexes, warehouses and community developments.
